How long does it take to get a computer fixed?
We try and fix all computers the same day. Jobs must be booked in so we can confirm a same day job.

How much will it cost me?
We have an diagnostic/inspection fee of $35. This is waived if you go ahead with the quoted repair. Computer repair prices do vary because we charge by job and not by time.

What else do you fix?
We specialize in PC, laptop and mobile repairs. We can look at other devices depending on what they are. 

Do you do house calls?
Yes, however depending on where and what for, it's often cheaper for the customer to bring the machine to us.

What sort of payment do you accept?
EFTPOS, Cash, Master, Visa, GE, Farmers, Q-Card and direct deposit.

People are calling from Microsoft (or anywhere else), should I let them in to my computer?
Absolutely not, these people are scammers who will charge you hundreds of dollars for doing nothing. Hang up straight away.Go over what you’ve written to make sure that if it was the first time you were visiting the site, you’d understand your answer.
